I’m the Lead Content Designer at The Economist, where I’m establishing content design. I lead the content design process, develop strategies, and collaborate across departments to elevate content standards and metrics.
With a background in psychology, I bring a deep understanding of user behavior to my work, using data and insights to craft content that meets both user and business needs.
I take a systems-thinking approach, ensuring content works seamlessly within broader product, design, and business strategies. I enjoy making digital experiences human and believe that thoughtful, consistent user experiences come from strong collaboration between design and content.

I love teaching people how to improve their UX writing and content design skills. I set up a content coaching account on Instagram @contentqueenie as a fun side project.
I dabble in street photography, freestyle skating and studying Mandarin Chinese as side projects as well.
